We are looking for a passionate and visionary frontend engineer to completely own the future of the user experience for all of our services. You are needed immediately to help with our rapidly expanding SaaS platform, as well as building out our desktop application & on-premises offerings.

This role is hybrid in Seattle, WA, USA.

What exactly you will do:

• Own our frontend infrastructure. You will be responsible for planning the implementation of new features, testing, gathering feedback, and iterating.
• Talk to customers. Both scheduled and unscheduled, you will be directly meeting with our users to understand exactly how we can build the best experiences.
• Help to build our team. We are growing, and you will help to recruit and interview new engineers.

At a minimum you should:

• Have shipped beautiful, responsive, and intuitive products, preferably to a relatively large user base.
• Be very comfortable with seeking out the right stack and framework to get the job done. We don’t have a hard requirement on specifics here, and you shouldn’t either - our stack is constantly evolving to meet our needs. However, significant base experience with Typescript, React, CSS is of course required.
• Be autonomous and driven. You will be an owner, with the autonomy to match.
• Enjoy speaking with users directly. We believe that our users’ feedback is one of our most valuable resources, and you must be able to turn that into actionable information.

Bonuses:

• To get started quickly, having experience with Next.JS and SQL will be extremely helpful.
• Have experience building cross-platform desktop applications with something like React Native or Electron. Experience managing native notifications and dealing with OS specific features is a plus.
• Be very comfortable with test frameworks like Jest and Cyprus.
